In a large pan on low heat add the olive oil and garlic. Cook until garlic is golden.
Add shrimp to pan and turn heat to medium-high and cook until they turn pink.
Remove shrimp from pan.
Add tomatoes to the pan. Cover and cook for 5 min.
Add asparagus to the pan. Cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes and remove from heat
You will notice that there is a lot of liquid in the pan from the veggies. Drain any excess liquid.
Once the liquid has been drained add in the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and mix together.
Serve over pasta or with a side salad.
