Garlic Parmesan Roasted Mushrooms & Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Pack of White Button Mushrooms
  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 375º F.
  • Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl add cleaned Mushrooms and Asparagus. In the same bowl add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chopped Garlic, and Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • Place the Mushrooms and Asparagus on the parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle as much or as little Shredded Parmesan Cheese as you’d like.
  • Pop in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
  • Eat as a snack or serve as a side.
