Hummus Pizza
What’s great about Hummus Pizza is that you can put whatever you want on it. These are just items that I had on hand. You can add zucchini, roasted red peppers, jalapeños, whatever you have put it on. Not only is this great as a meal, but a real crowd pleaser at your next get together.
Hummus Pizza
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Hummus any variety
- 1 Pita
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Red Pepper sliced
- 1 Red Onion sliced
- 2 Mushrooms sliced
- 4 Kalamata Olives halved
- 2 tbsp Feta Cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Take the Pita and pop it in the toaster for 2 minutes.
- Spread the hummus on the Pita
- In a frying pan add the Olive Oil and let it heat up.
- Add the veggies to the pan and cook until tender.
- Remove the veggies from the heat and onto the Pita.
- Top with the Olives, Feta Cheese, & enjoy!
