Hummus Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Hummus any variety
  • 1 Pita
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Pepper sliced
  • 1 Red Onion sliced
  • 2 Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 Kalamata Olives halved
  • 2 tbsp Feta Cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Take the Pita and pop it in the toaster for 2 minutes.
  • Spread the hummus on the Pita
  • In a frying pan add the Olive Oil and let it heat up.
  • Add the veggies to the pan and cook until tender.
  • Remove the veggies from the heat and onto the Pita.
  • Top with the Olives, Feta Cheese, & enjoy!
