Crockpot Pulled Pork

I’ve made this Crockpot Pulled Pork at least 3 times this summer. It’s so good! The BBQ sauce I used was the G Hughes brand (it’s sugar free). It is pricey, but worth it. It comes in original, hickory, and honey flavors. All are delicious. If sugar free isn’t your thing use your favorite.

What I love about this recipe is you can make it in the beginning of the week and use it for several meals during the week. With this I made pulled pork sandwiches, pulled pork vegan mac & cheese, and pulled pork quesadillas. All of which were amazing.

Let me know how you are going to serve this in the comments section below!

Cook Time 8 hrs
Course Dinner

Ingredients

  • 3.5 – 4 lb Pork Loin End Roast
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 bottle Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add the Garlic Powder, Cumin, and Chili Powder and coat the Pork Loin Roast with it.
  • Pour the Vegetable Broth into the crockpot and place the Pork Loin Roast in it. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Pull the Pork Loin Roast out of the crockpot and pour the liquid from the crockpot out. Place the Roast back in and shred. You will want to remove any bones. Pour in the BBQ Sauce and mix. You can serve it now or leave the crockpot on the warm setting and serve later.
  • Enjoy on a sandwich, over mac & cheese, or even a pulled pork quesadilla.
