Shrimp & Asian Slaw

This Shrimp & Asian Slaw is a quick, simple, and flavorful meal you’ll have on the table in under 30 minutes. It’s also a great meal to prep for the entire week as lunches.

Shrimp & Asian Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 bags Broccoli Slaw
- 2-3 cups Pre-Cooked Frozen Shrimp thawed
- 1/3 cup Ken’s Steak House Lite Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Dethaw 2-3 cups of shrimp overnight in the fridge.
Day of Cooking:
- In a large skillet on high heat add 2 tbsp Olive Oil and Slaw. Mix and cover for 3 minutes.
- Remove lid and mix. Cover for another 3 minutes.
- Remove lid and add the Dressing. Mix well.
- Add shrimp. Mix and cover for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
