Turkey & Veggie Skillet

This Turkey Veggie Skillet is great for meal prepping or when you’re on the go. It’s a quick and easy recipe that you don’t have to feel guilty about. Not only is it healthy, but it tastes like you’re eating a bowl of chicken noodle soup! It doesn’t get much better than that.

Turkey Veggie Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Carrots shredded
- 2.5 cups Celery diced
- 1 package Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 6 tbsps Trader Ming’s Gyoza dipping sauce or Teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- In a large skillet, add turkey and dipping sauce/teriyaki sauce. Cook until browned.
- While the turkey is cooking follow the microwave instructions on the riced cauliflower.
- Once the turkey is done remove it from skillet and place it in a bowl. Add the veggies into the same skillet. Cover and cook until the veggies are soft. Once veggies are soft remove from heat and throw the turkey back in and mix.
