In a large skillet, add turkey and dipping sauce/teriyaki sauce. Cook until browned.
While the turkey is cooking follow the microwave instructions on the riced cauliflower.
Once the turkey is done remove it from skillet and place it in a bowl. Add the veggies into the same skillet. Cover and cook until the veggies are soft. Once veggies are soft remove from heat and throw the turkey back in and mix.
