Ingredients
  

  • 3 Green Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1 English Cucumber Chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives Halved
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a large serving bowl add Peppers, Cucumber, Feta, Olives, Oil, & Vinegar. Mix well and serve.
