In a Crock Pot add chicken breast, low sodium taco seasoning, and mild chunky salsa. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shut off Crock Pot and shred chicken. Mix chicken and remaining liquid together.
Now for the fun part; let’s make tacos! I love lettuce, tomatoes, olives, avocados, cheese, salsa, and sour cream on mine. If that’s your favorite too awesome! If not, you can add any toppings that your heart desires.
