Buffalo Hummus

I’ve always wanted to make my own hummus, but thought I’d need all these ingredients costing me a fortune. Nope, it’s so simple and cheap! Most of the ingredients you’ll have in your pantry.

This Buffalo Hummus is perfect for a snack. You can even serve it at your next football party for a healthy alternative to buffalo wings! Serve the dip with carrots, celery, pita, any of your favorite veggies will do.

Buffalo Hummus


  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Blend Chickpeas, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, & Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a food processor until smooth.
  • Serve with veggies, pita, or crackers.
