Candied Carrots
Who says vegetables can’t be sweet! These will turn into your all-time favorite comfort. They are certainly mine.
Candied Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 lb Baby Carrots
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Boil carrots for about 20 minutes or until you can pierce them with a fork.
- Drain water from the pot.
- Add brown sugar and butter. Mix until combined.
- Enjoy!
