Sweet Chili Garlic Chicken & Veggies

Who doesn’t love Chinese food? I know I do! This healthy version of Sweet and Sour Chicken will turn into a weekly staple at your house. The best part about this Sweet Chili Garlic Chicken is that it’s only 4 ingredients, 5 if you choose to serve it with rice!

Sweet Chili Garlic Chicken & Veggies

  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 1 bottle Sweet Garlic Chili Sauce


  • Cut chicken into 1″ pieces and place in a large bowl. Pour 3/4 of the bottle of Sweet Garlic Chili Sauce onto the chicken and mix. Put in refrigerator and let marinate for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour remove chicken from the refrigerator.
  • Heat the oven to 350º F
  • Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Take the chicken and place it on one of the baking sheets. Spread it out so it cooks evenly.
  • Cut Broccoli off of stem so you only have the florets. Place onto the other baking sheet. Cut Mushrooms in half and put onto the same sheet. Coat the veggies with the remaining sauce.
  • Place the veggies and chicken into the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Serve with rice.
