Apple Crisp

Apple Crisp is one of those treats I just can’t get enough of. I don’t know about you but I’ll eat it for breakfast, dessert, or just because. It’s great alone or on top of your ice cream or yogurt. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Apple Crisp
Ingredients
Filling
- 3 lbs Macintosh Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Topping
- 2 sticks Butter room temp
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar (I used Coconut Sugar)
- 2 cups Quick Cook Rolled Oats
Instructions
- Set oven to 350º F
Filling
- Peel, core, and chop the apples.
- In a large mixing bowl coat the apples with the flour and cinnamon.
- Pour apple mixture into a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
- Topping
- In a large mixing bowl add the softened butter, flour, sugar, and oats. Mix with your hands until it’s like a dough consistency.
- Take the mixture and crumble it on top of the apples.
- Place in the oven for 70 – 80 minutes or until the apples start to bubble.
